The Trombay Society for Biological Sciences (TSBS) has been established at the Bioscience Group, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai, to provide a common platform for scientists, academicians, students, technical personnel, and professionals engaged in biological sciences. The Society seeks to strengthen scientific interactions, encourage collaborative research, disseminate scientific knowledge, and nurture future generations of life science researchers. Recognizing that modern biological research increasingly demands multidisciplinary approaches, TSBS aims to bridge traditional disciplinary boundaries and facilitate interactions among researchers working in cell biology, biotechnology, radiation biology, agriculture sciences, food technology, chemical sciences, molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, immunology, structural biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, environmental biology, animal sciences, medical sciences, and other allied fields.
