Members of TSBS will have opportunities to:

1. Participate in scientific meetings, conferences, workshops and lectures organized by the Society.

2. Interact with leading scientists from academia, research institutions, healthcare organizations and industry.

3. Present their research findings before a multidisciplinary scientific audience.

4. Establish collaborative research partnerships.

5. Receive regular updates regarding Society activities and scientific events.

6. Be eligible for Society awards, recognitions and travel support, subject to applicable rules and availability of funds.

7. Contribute to policy discussions and future scientific initiatives of the Society.

TSBS functions through an elected Executive Committee and various subcommittees constituted to oversee scientific programmes, membership, finance, publications, outreach, student activities and event management. The Society operates in accordance with its Constitution and Bye-laws, ensuring transparency, accountability and active participation of its members.
